The End of Prosperity?

The United States of America is a great country. There are no other countries to match up. At this moment the country is heading in the wrong direction due to the ideology from small group of people who happen to have a chance to rule America. The country could be in deep trouble within a couple of years left for this administration before the time to change in 2012. No matter how deep trouble America is sinking in, does not mean the end of American empire or the end of prosperity or the replica of the the Roman Empire's collapse in the ancient time. There are couple of reasons to support this, Firstly, America occupies the land that is very rich in natural resources and a lot more still yet undiscovered. Secondly, America has human resources who can explore and obtain these natural resources, then turn them to be the profitable products by using their technology. Thirdly, America occupies the land that has a plenty of natural water supply and the moderate temperature. These are the main ingredients for agriculture, that means America has the ability to produce food for its own people without depending on other countries to feed in. With the right policy of the government, America will grow back strong again but that is not the only thing like a swipe of a magic wand. It needs the cooperation from its own people, be patriotic at least. There are things that destroy American economy. Unfortunately most of them are uncontrollable. It depends on the government as we all know. There is some other thing that is controllable and the individual will be able to do. If you go out to the parking lot any where in America and watch each car that parked there, you will find 70-75% of them are Japanese cars. That is interesting right? along with other foreign cars and you will also notice that American cars are quite a few here and there. Have you ever wondered! Why? Auto industry is very big, probably the biggest in all industries. It is time to wake up for all American individuals. For whatever reason you are as an individual will choose to buy a foreign car, you have a full right to do so because it is your own money. When you pay for a foreign car, the big part of that money goes out of the country. Only its crumb falling out for American to benefit. Think about the country as a big tree and there are bugs boring into the tree trunk to lay eggs. This is killing the tree. Only a few bugs will not have an effect on the big tree at all but if there are a lot of them boring into the trunk. The tree will get sick and may die later on. The same idea applies to America as a big tree and you are as an individual who has contributed to deteriorate the American economy by buying a foreign car. Imagine, there are millions of individual doing this. What happens to American economy. Looking at it now is a good answer. American economy is in a bad shape and this is a part that contributes to it. It is so a shame isn't it? when people who don't appreciate their own technology and turn away to appreciate the other's thus deteriorating their own economy as a result. There are some other factors that deteriorate or destroy American economy which are uncontrollable already, don't be another one to add on to these factors.
